Ok,
I've been very mindful of being grateful and reminding myself to think positive. Before sleeping I think about 3 good things that happened during my day. I have to say.......my dreams are much more vivid! I have also noticed that I feel so much better all around! Every morning and every night, I am reminding myself of the positive. This really works and is such a simple thing to do. I highly reccomend this practice. Make it a part of your routine. It's simple and effective.

Being in the moment

How much of our time is spent thinking, analyzing, trying to control, and being afraid? If you have ever had the experience of being fully present/in the moment, then you know none of these things are important. For when we fully allow ourselves to be in the moment, to be at one with all that is, all of our negativity dissapears and we are able to be in the presence of God. This is our true state of being and the one that God meant for us to experience.
